Sales & Refunds Policy All Sales Are Final All purchases made on Inveni are considered final. Because our books move quickly through distribution centers and may ship from multiple locations, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as: - Changed your mind - Ordered the wrong format (for example: paperback instead of hardcover) - No longer want the item - Found a better price elsewhere Please review your order carefully before checkout. Damages and Issues We will gladly help if there is a problem with your order. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if: - The book is visibly damaged (for example: torn or missing pages, crushed corners, severe cover damage, water damage), or - You received the wrong title, author, edition, or format compared to what you ordered. To report an issue, contact us at support@inveni.store within 7 days of delivery and include: - Your order number - A brief description of the issue - Clear photos of the book (front cover, spine, damaged area) - If the package was damaged, a photo of the packaging and shipping label We’ll review your request and let you know if a refund or replacement is approved. Replacements vs. Refunds - If the correct item is still in stock, we will normally offer a replacement copy. - If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we may issue a refund to your original payment method. We do not require you to return damaged or incorrect books in most cases, but we reserve the right to request a return if needed to investigate an issue. - Special order or limited-run items - Gift cards - Digital products (when offered) Cancellations Orders may only be cancelled before they begin processing for shipment. Once an order is being prepared, packed, or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible at support@inveni.store with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation, but we will do our best if the order has not yet been processed. Shipping Fees - Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (for example, wrong item shipped). - If we ask you to return a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Refund Timing If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@inveni.store
