Shipping Policy
At Inveni, we aim to deliver your books quickly and transparently. After an order is placed through the Shopify app or the Inveni website, the following process is followed.
Order Processing and Fulfillment Time

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

Order processing may include verification checks for new customers or new orders.

After processing, orders are sent for fulfillment (picking, packing, and shipment) from one or more of our four distribution centers located across the United States.

Processing and fulfillment time does not include shipping and delivery time.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated shipment and delivery times after order processing and fulfillment:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size (number of items), weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship on or after the listed release date. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including PO Boxes where supported by the carrier.
