A positive outlook about humanity is surely a minimum requirement for an angel, right? But Archangel Michael isn't feeling it. He longs for people to evolve, but despairs of it actually happening. Even Source, who created the world, wonders whether people can change for the better, and pushes Michael to do some fieldwork on Earth.
